Trainee Moderator Information

Ok well after we have at least 10 users I will make a group of 4 Trainee Moderators. The Trainee Moderators will have all the same powers a moderator would have. After a week or 2 of having 4 Trainee Mods I will pick 2 of them to be real moderators.


I needed to share that with you guys.


PLEASE do not ask to be a moderator in this thread.

When we have more members I will pick 4. After a week I will take away 2 members from the staff and 2 will stay and become real moderators.

Exactly as Undertaker said. They will become full moderators. If they do a good job, [im not sure if goob announced] maybe one will become an admin.

Whoever does the best job in a month will be promoted to be a Super Moderator. They are the head of the moderators. When a new Admin is needed a Super Moderator will be chosen.

Wait shouldnt the two leftovers stay trannie for emergency of another mod leaving so one can be brought up to reg mod?

If a moderator leaves I will pick another regular member to be a Trainee Mod. If the old moderator comes back, the Trainee Moderator will lose it's powers. If the old moderator leaves for good then the Trainee Moderator may be promoted to be a regular moderator.

And one more thing to become a moderator do you have to have a certain
number of posts?

No it depends if your active and helpfull.

I don't care how many posts you have. As long as you stay active, I will consider making you a moderator.

honestly i think i dont qualify for traniee mod running but louis definitly does. But thts goobs decision
